HDR Paper White is a midpoint-like setting, i.e. you can shift the priority towards light or dark, but it is recommended to use a balanced value. To understand what this option changes, see the image below:
The recommended value is 200+.
This option also changes the brightness of the user interface. If the text seems too bright or dull, then adjust it to your liking.
