Borderlands 3 - HDR Settings

This game does not seem to use the PS4/PS5 HDR system calibration settings. Before adjusting, make sure you have set the TV settings correctly.

The Max Brightness slider controls the peak brightness of the game. Set the Max Brightness slider value by finding the HDR peak brightness value (10%) of your TV on the website RTINGS.COM.

If your TV's peak brightness is much more than 1000 nits, then use your TV's Tone Mapping modes.

If your TV always does tone mapping and this can't be turned off, then set the Max Brightness (Nits) slider to maximum value.alert-info

The UI brightness slider adjust the brightness of the user interface. If the text seems too bright or dim to you, then adjust to your preference.
