Try to find data about the peak brightness of your TV on the site RTINGS.COM (value HDR peak brightness 10%). Before adjusting, make sure you have set the TV settings correctly.
Use the VIEW SCENE button to evaluate the adjustment results.
Set the value of the HDR Peak Brightness slider to match your TV's peak brightness.
HDR Contrast slider adjusts the black level. Adjust the value to achieve deep blacks without losing detail in the shadows. Setting the black level too high will also cause the colors to oversaturate. The recommended value is 1.75-2.30.
HDR Paper White slider adjust the exposure of the image. To adjust the exposure, adjust the Brightness slider to your preference.
If your TV always does tone mapping and this can't be turned off, then set the HDR Peak Brightness slider to a few thousand nits and adjust the HDR Paper White slide to an acceptable value.
